Celebrant Denise Lyness

I'm originally from Ireland but moved to Portugal after falling in love with Lisbon. I am a celebrant working countrywide but mainly based in the Lisbon area.

My career history so far has been exciting; from working with outreach programmes to organising and hosting large events. It was during my time working in wedding events with couples and their families, that I realised I wanted to be a celebrant.

The Small Details

Every couple and ceremony are different. There are so many details that make your day your own; hand-fasting enhancements, mixing of sands and maybe a jumping of the broom.
